Use of the site for personal purposes related to shopping and viewing products.
Providing correct and complete details when ordering — name, phone number, and address — because their accuracy is what guarantees your order arrives correctly.

Products & Prices

Each product's details are shown on its own page, including the description, available sizes and colors, and price.
The shade may appear slightly different between the photo and the actual product depending on your screen and the lighting used.
Sizes, colours, and options vary from one product to another, and what is actually available is what appears in the product options on its page.
All prices shown in Egyptian pounds.
Prices may change or a product's stock may run out, and we do not guarantee that every product remains permanently available. What applies is the price and availability displayed on the site at the moment you complete your order.

Sizes

The sizing system at JAUREA varies from one product to another, which is why we always recommend reviewing the size information on the product page itself before ordering:

Some products are based on Weight range (such as '50-65 kg') instead of letter sizes.
while other products are based on Letter Sizes (M – XXL).
How a size feels differs according to the type of fabric and the cut, since a stretch piece is not measured the same way as a non-stretch fabric.
Review the available options for the product before ordering, and if you are torn between two sizes our customer service team will be glad to help you.

Orders

Before confirming your order, review your cart contents, size, color, quantity, shipping details, and phone number.
Order fulfillment depends on product availability and successful payment.
We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order details or if we need additional information to complete your order.
If you need to modify or cancel an order, contact customer service as soon as possible and we will explain what can be done depending on the order status and its processing stage.

Payment

Payment at JAUREA is fully electronic and processed through a secure payment gateway during checkout on the site.
The electronic payment methods available during checkout on the site include bank cards, e-wallet, and the available instalment services.
Cash on delivery, bank transfer, and payment by cheque are not currently available.
If you use an instalment service, the provider applies its own terms and limits regarding the amount and the instalment period.
All transactions are in Egyptian pounds, and an order is only completed after successful payment.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is available only within Egypt; no international shipping available currently.
Shipping fees are determined by delivery governorate and shown during checkout before payment.
Shipping fees may be reduced or waived when a discount code or a valid offer is applied.
Delivery time varies by governorate, and you'll find updated details in FAQ or through customer service.
An accurate address and phone number help your order arrive within the expected time; delivery may be delayed if details are incomplete or we cannot reach you.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Quick summary of our current policy:

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days from receiving the order.
The product must be unused and in its original condition, with all tags, original packaging, and invoice included.
Exchange for size or color available Once only.
Discounted products and special offers are non-returnable.
Your request is reviewed and approval confirmed within 24 hours, and the refund or replacement is sent within 3 to 7 business days after inspecting the product.
In the case of a manufacturing defect or receiving a product different from your order, JAUREA covers the shipping costs and provides you with the appropriate solution. In the case of withdrawing from the purchase, shipping costs are deducted from the refunded amount.

Accounts & Customer Data

Create Account Optional; you can complete your order as a guest.
An account helps you track your orders and save shipping details for future orders.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide, because these are the details we use to fulfil and deliver your order and to contact you about it.
If you create an account, please keep your login details confidential and do not share them.

Site content — texts, images, designs, name and logo JAUREA — is owned by the store or used under license, and protected under applicable laws.
